The villa is divided into 3 floors and can totally accommodate up to 10 people as it features 5 separate bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with cozy sofas, fireplace, LCD Smart TV and modern furniture. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a WC. The dining room, living room and the kitchen enjoy an incredible view and a pleasant sea breeze. On the same level, there is a self-contained apartment that includes a double bed, a bathroom, a full equipped kitchen and a sofa which transforms into a convenient bed. Omikron villa offers unlimited WiFi internet connection.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an extra bedroom with a separate bathroom. The attic has also been transformed into a double bedroom. All bedrooms have balconies where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the blue sea. Every bedroom is equipped with LCD Smart TV, cooling - heating systems and spacious wardrobes!
The exterior spaces of Omikron Villa are surrounded by a lush garden and offer magnificent views of the Aegean sea and Dia island! Relax on the hammock or at the comfortable outdoor lounge furniture, prepare your meal at the barbecue area and enjoy it at the outdoor wooden dining table!
The private infinity pool at Omikron Villa is designed to blend seamlessly with the Cretan environment, set amidst natural elements such as rocks, herbs, and other native materials. This thoughtful design provides guests with an unparalleled sense of privacy and breathtaking vistas that encompass both the sea and the mountains.
For those seeking a heated pool experience, this option is available upon request. Please note that there may be an additional charge associated with heating the pool, and guests should inquire about the specific terms and costs when making their reservation.
